The normal processing of NBI is 4-8 weeks more or less. For PSA documents like birth certificates , cenomar, marriage contract , Death certificate, Cenobirth or certificate of no record is within 3-8 weeks . Here are the reasons for the delayed processing: The specimen signature of your authorization letter is not the same to your passport signature, when they are requesting you to provide LCR or local copy of registration of your documents especially birth certificate and marriage contract informations are unreadable, if the document is for verification especially the cenomar, if there are holidays, and because of the bad weather conditions.

PSA DOCUMENTS only without apostille €

We require to pay at least half down-payment or at least minimum of €20 if you only have one document to request for apostille. You can pay through bizzum, bank transfer if you are in Spain,Gcash, BDO bank transfer, or cash pick up via western union or Ria. The remaining balance can also be paid in cash upon meet-up for the releasing of the document.

Here are the basic requirements needed .

For NBI Clearance :

1. You should have at least old nbi expired 2014- present, and we will send you a form that you need to fill out.

2. If you don't have old nbi expired 2014-present, you should get the NBI BLUE form to the embassy or consulate near to you. We will give you the guide and the lists of all requirements needed.

3. 2-3 copies of Clear passport copy.

3. At least 2 pcs of 2x2 Pictures white background and hidden teeth.

4. SPA (Special power of Atty.) or a hand written authorization letter. We will give you the details of the Person that you need to authorize and the template of the authorization letter that you need to copy.

For Birth Certificate, Cenomar, Marriage contract :

1. We will give you the form needed to fill out. Copy and Paste form will send to you.

2. Clear copy of passport or a scanned copy.

3. Hand written authorization letter . We will provide a template for you.

4. Minor ages will provide a SPA O Special power of atty from embassy. We will give you the details of the Person that you need to authorize for your SPA.

If you are living outside Madrid, Spain, we are going to send the documents through correos certificate, correos express or DHL express to your address anywhere in the world. You only need to cover the courier fee to the country of destination.
